It includes one foundable, one seat, five account-wide credits that reset every day, planning with Ted, building and publishing, and a free Autopilot run with Ted. How does Foundable pricing and credits work?

Foundable has a free plan you can keep using with no credit card required. It includes one foundable, one seat, five account-wide credits that reset every day, planning with Ted, building and publishing, and a free Autopilot run with Ted. Paid packages start at $25 per month or $225 per year, include 250–10,000 credits in each monthly grant, and scale from one foundable with no teammates to 10 foundables with up to five non-owner teammates per foundable. Paid packages also add always-on Autopilot, custom domains, Ads, and social publishing. Current prices and terms are published at foundable.com/pricing.

Does Foundable have a paid-plan trial?

Yes, for eligible first-time users who choose Pro with 500 credits per monthly grant on monthly or annual billing. The Pro trial requires a payment method and lasts three days. Cancel online before it ends to avoid the first charge. Otherwise, Pro billing starts at $50 per month or $450 per year, according to the cadence you selected, plus applicable tax. Standard and Max packages charge immediately. This is separate from Foundable Free, which you can keep using with no credit card required.

How do I cancel a Foundable subscription?

Cancel a paid Foundable subscription online anytime from Settings → Plans & credit usage → Manage billing. If you chose an eligible three-day paid-plan trial, cancel before it ends to avoid the first charge. After paid billing begins, the plan stays active through the period already paid for and the current period is generally not prorated. See the Refund & Dispute Policy for exceptions and legal rights.

What is Foundable's refund policy?

Foundable's Refund & Dispute Policy is published at foundable.com/refund-policy. Subscriptions are paid in advance; after cancellation, access continues through the paid period and the current period is generally not prorated. Foundable reviews billing mistakes and other qualifying requests, and honors any stronger refund right provided by applicable law or the merchant's refund policy for the payment.

Do I need a credit card for the free plan?

No. The Free plan does not require a credit card and does not turn into a paid plan on its own. You only pay if you choose to upgrade and confirm a paid plan.

What does the optional paid plan add?

Paid packages add more credits, always-on Autopilot, package-specific foundable and teammate capacity, custom domains, Ads, and social publishing. Current prices and package limits are on the pricing page.

When should I upgrade?

Upgrade when you need more credits, always-on Autopilot, more foundables, team access, custom domains, Ads, or social publishing. You can keep using the Free plan if you do not need those features.

What are credits used for?

Credits meter high-cost work so usage stays visible. They help make expensive AI or automation work clearer instead of hiding it behind vague limits.

How do credits work on the annual plan?

Annual packages are paid once per year and deliver the selected 250–10,000 credits monthly for 12 grants. Before each grant, up to one grant's unused paid credits carry forward; any excess expires.

Where should I check current pricing?

Use the public pricing page as the source of truth for current access, prices, and included features.
